The Gloucester Parkway extension is expected to open to drivers on Aug. 4, 2016, according to a Loudoun County Government announcement. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Gloucester Parkway on July 28 to celebrate the completion of a four-lane “missing link” of Gloucester Parkway.
